Knowing how to do something and being able to effectively teach it to someone else are two different things. Nowhere is this more evident than in technical training!
Over the past several years, Terri has discovered there are specific ways to teach technical programs to a non-technical audience, and is prepared to share her experience with your organization. Terri is available to work with technical trainers to develop activities, mental links, job aids, teaching skills and participant workbooks that will increase student retention and improve on the job application.
